1st Day :
1. went to school -> pongoul (idk how to spell) -> take boat to pulau ubin !
2. went to camp
3. Introduce to each other
4. played some games
5. get use to the enviroment in camp
soo, this is like a WELCOME TO OBS day .. quite a boring day ..
but still, but be enthusiastic !!
so we played some cool games
and it was fun^^
so, somewhere near evening time?
we:
1. showered in cold water
2. pitched up our tents
3. ate dinner
during dinner ..
we cooked rice and can food.
and well, some GREEDY members of our group took away the curry chicken ..
leaving us some other foods that most people this that its not nice ..
but i dont mind it at all
as long that its something that i can eat,
then its OKAY !!

2nd day:
we did:
-some trusting games
-bellaying
-kayaking(tri-yaking)
cool huh?
the tusting games are fun!
but its not really that trusting ..
its well ..
kinda a ..AHH !! I DONT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN!

... in any case its just cool trusting games la !
then bellaying ..
kinda cool too ..
its just that i too sleepy then cannot litsen well ..
so ..
i just do what others do lo ..
kayaking(tri-yaking)
fyi, its a water sports ..
well ..
kayaking its just 1 person ..
tri-yaking is 3 person ..
so we're in a group of 3 in a boat ..
..
we learnt how to steer, paddle and capsize ..
capsize = boat with people in it got turn over completely 180 degrees ?
haha!
but tri-yaking needs cooperation and teamwork ..
unfortuantely, one of my teammates cant do that ..
then we had hard time tri-yaking ..
at night was quite the same ..
its just that we ate instant noodles ..
then we pitched our tents near the sea (aka, near a beach)
then i was fast asleep ..
and was not aware of anything else ..
3rd day:
I experienced
-outdoor camping
-sudden capsize(ing)
-mini campfire
-lost of P.E T-shirt
well ..
the 3rd day was outdoor camping ..
sorta like a camping in the forest ..(or some sort ..)
ok! so ..
in the morning:
we had rock climbing !
it was fun but painful and yet FUN !
...
i thought that i was very pathetic when rock climbing ..
but i perservered and went to the top ..
but in the end i got kinda injured 'cause i got scratched on by the rock when coming down ..

3. that person was bossy

6. then we got hung on to the instructor's motor boat and then ..
well ..
we got pulled away and then i was still grabbing the handle of the boat ..
then in the end i tried to pull the kayak to the motor boat and we capsized ..
i thought i almost die ..

'cause my head was like ..
under the boat ..
and had a hard time to get out ..
then ..
when i got out ..
i thought i lost a member ..
then in the end ..she was holding on to the motor boat ..

its not the P.E t-shirt that i was wearing, droped off ..
i was just wearing it as a towel ..

i dropped into the sea...

and then i was transferred to another kayak ..
this time ..
it was with 2 china guys ..
they were strong ..
so we could go fast ..
but i was so paiseh lo!

we FINALLY reached our campsite ..

we quickly parked our boat ..
then carry up a hill ..

there was a message from our instructors ..

4. in the end, one of our tents could not be pitched 'cause we lost somethings ..

" whoa! we were too busy cleaning up to even notice that there were so many beautiful stars above us!"
totally agreed to his sentence !

we went to sleep soon after ..
4th day:
we expereinced
-trekking
-extreme heat
-totally heavy bag packs ..
-confusion when trekking

we had a game before going back to our campsite ..

it was .. ' Catch the pebble in your group with your right hand ONLY !"

my group took 50 minutes to do that ..
but i kinda saved the whole thing 'cause
i catched a pebble and then some other people threw a pebble and landed on my right arm ..
..
so we started trekking ..
we were so tired !!
1. we got confused then we almost walked to Jawa ..(some kind of country)
2. then ..we kinda almost took a 45 minute route to campsite instead of a 15 minute route ..
3. so we were kinda saved ..
then ..
we had some breifing ..
1. we took some relaxing exersize ..
2. bathed in cold water again ..XDD
3. ate dinner
4. and pitched up tent ..
5. slept with sonia and two malay girls ..
i was so paiseh again!
i was like talking to sonia ..
then suddenly ..
i fell asleep ..
then she say " hello ..HELLO!"
then i reply in chinese " ...OH ! sorry! i ..kinda fell asleep! i'm so sorry!"
she said in chinese" ok lo ..lets sleep then .."
so thats about it lo ..

It's fun and full of adventure.
But the thing about camps
Is that,
I CAN'T BRING MY MP3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She was someone who was always there for me. Someone who cared and surppoted me in everything. That ' someone ' was my mother.
Ten years have passed and I am thirty-four. If only I could remember her heart warming smile and the sweet scent of her hair but all was forgotten. When I was still a child who knew nothing about the world, I only relied on my mother. Whatever activities I participated in, she would attend with a delightful smile on her face. When ever I broke down into tears with my eyes swollen like a bright red apple, the only voice that could reach my mind and soothed my sorrowness was the melodious voice of my mother.
During my teenage years, I started rebelling anyone that came in my way of enjoyment. I made a mess out of my life and left the cleaning to my mother. Whenever I got in trouble, she would break down into tears and started to beg for my innocence. Since then, I escaped punishments everytime. Everything I did was a nuisance to my peers and mostly to my mother. Even still, my mother did not give up on me.
When I stepped into adulthood, got married and left home, I realised that the adult world was harsh. No, it was much worse than harsh. The job pressure got into my head while family problems wore me down. I wondered how my mother coped with all these? Unfortunately, my life got worse when I was informed that my mother had lung cancer and was at her final stage. I was stunned. As I rushed to the hospital, my mind was full of regrets and the taste of regrets was harshly bitter.
As I stepped into the white room with a cold atmosphere, the very first thing that met my eyes was my mothe laying on the bed with a white sheet covered over her body. I could not believe my eyes. 'Shocked' and 'Stunned' were the only words that could describe my feelings then. I rushed towards her side and held her cold, freezing hands. She woke up, stared into my eyes and uttered, "I love you. And no matter what you do, I will always surppot you."
After her last words, she closed her eyes and fell into a deep slumber with a warm smile on her face. A stream of tears trickled down my cheeks as I kneeled to the ground, bowed with sorrow. I was grief-stricken but somehow deeply touched by her words and shocked by her death.
Ten years have passed and I am still living by her words. She was the only one that surppoted me. And 'she' was my beloved mother.
