today's wushu was surprisingly the one that made my leg go ache like shit ..

today started late ..
so we didnt do ji ben gong ..(basics)
we straight away did routines ..

picked up my qiang and jian ..

jiao lian say do jian ..

today was quite rough ..??(or not?)
haha ..
I got scolded by jiao lian till the whole school hall can hear ..

its all because i didn't practice at home ..
